1. Refund Policy – AI First Nations Training

AI First Nations Training is a digital subscription platform providing immediate access to AI learning tools, training agents, and downloadable resources. As a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, access is delivered instantly at signup.

Because of this, all sales are final unless required by Australian Consumer Law. We offer a free trial users to try out the chat, only on selected agents

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged by mistake due to a system error

  • You experienced a billing duplicate

  • You were unable to access the platform due to a technical issue caused by us (not device, browser, or internet-related)

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unused subscription time

  • Unspent credits

  • AI output dissatisfaction

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel anytime from the account dashboard.
Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
