Because of this, all sales are final unless required by Australian Consumer Law. We offer a free trial users to try out the chat, only on selected agents
Refunds may be considered only if:
You were charged by mistake due to a system error
You experienced a billing duplicate
You were unable to access the platform due to a technical issue caused by us (not device, browser, or internet-related)
Refunds cannot be provided for:
Change of mind
Unused subscription time
Unspent credits
AI output dissatisfaction
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
Users may cancel anytime from the account dashboard.
Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
