To access full features, users must create an account and choose a subscription plan.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Keep login credentials confidential
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Have permission to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse, fraud, or rule violations are detected.
All subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected.
Payments may be processed monthly, yearly, or on a credit-based recharge model.
Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled.
Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance.
No refunds are provided for unused time, credits, or accidental usage unless required by law.
Our AI agents provide guidance, ideas, explanations, and digital assistance.
Users agree not to:
Misuse the platform for harmful or abusive purposes
Attempt to exploit or break system limits
Use the platform for illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content
Share outputs as professional legal, medical, or financial advice
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies; users take responsibility for verifying information.
AI First Nations Training supports and uplifts Indigenous people.
Users must:
Respect Indigenous knowledge, culture, and protocols
Not misuse the platform to generate offensive or culturally inappropriate content
Not impersonate Indigenous groups or individuals
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
Some features require credits, including:
AI image generation (DALL·E)
Vision / image uploads
High-token chat usage
Credit costs are displayed inside the dashboard and may change depending on system updates.
Users may download files (PDF, TXT, DOCX) created using the platform.
Users are responsible for how documents are used after download.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create.
AI-generated outputs can be used for personal and business needs, subject to OpenAI’s usage policies.
We retain rights to:
Improve the platform
Maintain system security
Store data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or system improvements.
We are not responsible for:
Downtime
Internet issues
Device errors
Third-party outages
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Abuse of AI systems occurs
You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard.

We are not liable for:
Employment outcomes
Decisions made using AI-generated suggestions
Lost data, revenue, or opportunities
AI inaccuracies or limitations
